Language Assistant Applications for 2023-2024 school year
Applications for the 2023-2024 Academic Year are now open.
To be eligible to apply in this round of applications, you must show proof of one of the following residency circumstances in order to legally be able to study in Spain as of September 2023:
- EU passport holder or Spanish citizen.
- Non-EU with a valid visa (for example: active work and residency visas, family member of EU citizen visa, etc.).
- Non-EU with an expired student visa, able to renew this visa through the BEDA Program. This means you must be currently located in Spain and prepared to renew your student visa with our Program paperwork. If you have already submitted a renewal application to Immigration or if you have left Spain, you do not qualify to be considered for the waiting list.
- UK citizens with a valid NIE registry certificate that proves residency (obtained prior to Brexit).
Unfortunately, at this time we will not be accepting applications from candidates that would need to apply for a new student visa.

Application Requirements:
The following documents are to be uploaded with your application:
· Proof of residency and CV Upload Field: Upload 1 (multipled paged) document compromised of the following two items:
1. CV updated with most current position.
2. Proof of residency – Provide an image of both sides of your DNI, NIE card or NIE registry certificate (green EU certificate: EU citizens or UK with residency from prior to Brexit).
· Photo Upload Field – Upload a photo of your choosing.
· Passport Upload Field - If you have multiple citizenships, please include image of ALL passports.
Reminder: Applicant must hold a Bachelor’s/undergraduate diploma. Please be sure to input the “University Date of Completion” field on the application with a date or projection date of when you will obtain the diploma. Proof of diploma will be requested at a later point in time and is not necessary at time of application.
